- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of offices, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned work areas.

- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces regularly.

- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials properly.

- Replenish cleaning supplies and restroom essentials as needed.

- Perform basic gardening and landscaping tasks, such as watering plants, trimming shrubs, and maintaining outdoor areas.

- Assist with basic office errands and other utility-related tasks when required.

- Report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.

- Follow company policies and safety procedures at all times.

- Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

- At least a High School or Senior High School graduate.

- Relevant work experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or utility services is an advantage.
