WSP is looking for a Utility Coordinator to join our Construction Management team in Atlanta.

Under limited supervision administer utility pre-construction activities for moderate to complex Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) projects throughout Concept, Preliminary Design and Final Design phases of GDOT’s Plan Development Process including Design Build projects, Local Government Projects or Roadway contractors.

Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:

+ Guide and development the processing of utility agreements, contract item agreements, lighting agreements, execute memorandums of understanding, perform prior rights research and provide assistance in administering the Department’s electronic permitting program (GPASS/GUPS).
+ Compose/develop and provide training in support of GDOT Districts and State Utilities Offices.
