Responsibilities

• Assists cell relining operator preparing in advance all necessary tools and equipment required for casting prior to actual operations taking place in a safe and efficient manner.
• Operates mobile equipment such as forklift, pay loader, etc., as required complying with all safety procedures.
• Assists cell relining operator bricks lining in accordance with required standards and specified designs.
• Assists in carrying out superstructure refurbishment, welding, and fabrication jobs, and capable of performing ramming processes.
• Maintains a high standard of housekeeping at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of training modules specified for PG5 position.
• Minimum experience: one year in heavy industry preferred.
