This is a physically demanding position that involves continuous manual labor in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates are comfortable performing strenuous work throughout their shift, lifting and moving materials, standing for extended periods, and working in hot production areas where temperatures can become elevated, especially during warmer months.
