Senior UX Designer – Europe

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead strategy and design for millions of consumers in Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for discovering new opportunities to improve every stage of consumers' shopping journey on web and mobile app, to provide the best user experience for online shopping.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all UX process activities including discovery, design sprints, sketching, wire‑framing, and service/customer mapping.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand and define customer problems and to build testable hypotheses that improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate with different disciplines including UI designers, researchers, engineers, UX writers, service designers, product managers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to explore, build and deliver designs.
