UX Designer (Remote)

Our Edmonton client is looking for a passionate UX Designer. This is a remote role. This position blends product-focused UX design with business analysis, driven by data-informed iteration and deep user insights. As a UX designer, you will be integral to guiding the full software development lifecycle shaping user stories, coordinating sprint planning, and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure each deliverable meets both customer expectations and business goals.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Design and refine user interfaces that encourage meaningful engagement and improved conversion, using behavioral insights and usability testing results

Conduct early‑stage user research, usability studies, and targeted feedback sessions to guide and validate design decisions
