UX Lead - Agency
London (Hybrid)

Our client, a fast-growing agency based in London is looking for a strong UX Lead to lead on design and research. 

The role will also project manage the delivery of key projects and will require someone who is hands-on and strategic. You will have extensive presentation experience, working with senior stakeholders and be able to manage clients expectations.

You will oversee a team of designers and consultants, be able to drive the UX strategy and have a strong understanding of UX research. 

The ideal person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the desire to grow a UX function. You will also have experience with qualitative and quantitative data, have strong communication skills and be strong at problem solving.
