Our client, one of the world's largest investment companies, is actively looking for a UX Product Designer to join their team in Malvern, PA! This role is onsite hybrid 3 days a week so local candidates are required.

The company's FAS (Financial Advising Services) team is building a brand new team to focus on the entire user experience journey of the Financial Advisors (their sales people). You will work with a new UX Manager and another Sr. UX Product Designer to deliver new ideas and experiences to the sales ecosystem. This is a mix of products from a robust, customizable CRM tool, to various sales products, to custom applications built on top of 3rd party vendor software. They are also looking for someone to think about how best to implement AI and replace some of the administrative stakeholders with AI agents to make the salespeople more efficient in their day-to-day.
