About the role

SchEDShape is looking for a UX and Ul Designer to join as the sole design contributor, working directly with Product, Data, and Engineering to shape the interface across our product. You'll own the design process end to end, from early exploration through shipped, polished wireframes, and act as the primary voice for visual and interaction design as we build out an EdTech/SaaS platform used by school principals and administrators.

This is a high-ownership role: you'll set and run your own design process, work closely with PMs and engineers to turn requirements into interfaces, and use your judgment on where design effort is best spent.
