UX / CX / Service Design Lead: A senior/lead position for a designer who has moved from doing the work to shaping it—leading a team, facilitating strategic conversations with clients, and holding engagements to a high standard. Based in Johannesburg with hybrid opportunities.

You will work closely with peers and clients, and you will be responsible for improving the quality of what we produce by bringing us closer to the end customer and their needs.
