Base360.ai is seeking a world-class UX/UI Designer to turn complex workflows into delightful user experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints. You’ll collaborate with the CEO, product managers, and engineers to create interfaces that are both beautiful and high converting.

You will define and maintain the design system, craft reusable components in Figma, and drive usability testing and A/B experiments.
