• Arrival Experience: Ensure that every interaction in the arrival zone reflects the building's Class X standard without exception.


• Service Standards & Choreography: Ensure consistency across every shift and every team member.


• Visibility: Serve as a visible, welcoming, modeling presence within the arrival zone throughout the day.
