Our client is one of the Philippines' leading independent appraisal and valuation firms with over 45 years of experience in asset valuation and advisory services. As part of its continued growth, the firm is expanding its Business Valuation practice and is seeking a Business Valuation Head to help lead and scale this capability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business valuation engagements across various industries.

• Perform and review business enterprise valuations using Income, Market, and Asset-Based approaches.

• Review valuation models, methodologies, and reports.

• Manage client engagements and stakeholder relationships.

• Mentor and develop valuation professionals.

• Support the growth of the firm's Business Valuation practice.
