JOB PURPOSE

The Value Stream Leader is the architect of the value stream, identifying value as defined from the customer's perspective and leading the effort to achieve an ever-shortening value-creating flow through the application of Lean principles.

The Value Stream Leader coordinates and facilitates the daily operations of the assigned Value Stream(s), providing adequate resources, ongoing work direction and problem solving to ensure business goals are met within the guidelines of the company's policies and procedures.
