Eaton’s Commercial Products & Assemblies division is currently seeking **Value Stream Managers** to lead manufacturing production on **second shift (4pm to 12:45am)** . Additional hours may be required to ensure proper preparation for shift start-up, leadership staff meetings, and occasional overtime for end of month.This role is located in El Paso, TX.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the **Value Stream Manager** leads switchboard production operations and is accountable for achieving safety, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role provides strategic direction and operational leadership across key manufacturing processes, ensuring customer requirements, quality standards, and production commitments are consistently met.
