Plan resource to run production to ensure on time delivery.

Work together with MFE/VSQ and other functions to initiate projects/actions to achieve Q.C.D KPI target.

Act as leader of production line, coach/develop associates and organization .

Actively support product development team to introduce new product into mass production.

Support plant level activities, like I4.0, Digitalization, AOI , Agile, BPS improvement, etc.

Ability to cooperation with cross function team

Engineering (Mech. or Elec.) background

English capability prefer

Familiar with production system

College degree and Engineering course background

At least 3 years in manufacturing related position.
