BAE Systems is seeking a Value Stream Supervisor (VSS) for our Maple Grove facility, specifically to support the Precision Guided Munitions (PGM) value stream. This role is pivotal as it involves direct management of touch labor and providing primary leadership to the production teams. This is a 1 st shift, days position on BAE s 9/80 schedule.
