Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Process and prepare data files for printing (e.g., formatting, validation, sorting) 
Operate and monitor printing systems and related software 
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before print production 
Troubleshoot basic system, file, or print issues 
Maintain logs and records of processed jobs 
Perform file conversions (e.g., PDF, CSV, print-ready formats) 
Coordinate with design, production, or customer teams as needed 
Adhere to data security and confidentiality standards 
Meet deadlines for high-volume print jobs 
Knowledge of PrintSoft and Excel will be added advantage.
