Varicent Development & Configuration</p> <p>• Design, configure, and maintain Varicent Incentives modules, including: </p> <p>o Compensation models</p> <p>o Components, rules, and calculations</p> <p>o Data tables and data integrations</p> <p>o Workflows and approval processes</p> <p>• Build and optimize ICM models to support incentive plan changes and business needs.</p> <p>2.
