Job overview

The overall purpose of this role is to:

Work as a member of the Vascular Access and Nutrition Support team to provide daily administrative assistance to clinical staff within the department.

Act as a first point of contact for the service in a professional and welcoming manner, responding to enquiries where possible and escalating other enquiries as necessary.

Contribute to smooth, efficient and effective general running of the office.

Maintain specialist databases and EPR records as required

. Manage and maintain computer based records with information from Vascular Access and Nutrition Support Nursing Teams.

.Prepare activity and finance reports for Vascular Access Service and aspects of the Nutrition Support Nurses service to enable the Finance Department to cross charge for the services delivered.
