As a VAT Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the organization’s indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions part within Electrification Segment supporting GE Vernova affiliates across numerous countries. This role involves accurate preparation and filing of VAT returns, management of tax data, and providing technical support to ensure operational processes align with global tax regulations. The ideal candidate acts as a subject matter expert, safeguarding the company against tax risks and optimizing indirect tax processes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Collect, validate, and reconcile data to prepare and submit timely and accurate periodic VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and EC Sales Lists.
+ Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly coded in the ERP system to facilitate proper VAT treatment (e.g., proper tax codes for cross-border services, exports, and reverse charges...
