Responsibilities:

Drive & facilitate improvement activities and lean training on site in accordance with site, region- and global VPS priorities.Guarantee VPS structure and lean method application on site.Propose regularly new workshop and improvement idea on site to guide the site on its lean journey.Participate actively at the VPS deployment through the region by sharing good practice.Participate to workshop in other plant to share knowledge.Guarantee the deployment of VPS Maturity Assessment on site, action plan realization, and report monthly VMA status.Track and report workshops, results, & saving at region level on a monthly base including saving tracker.
