Veeva Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CLM (Closed Loop Marketing) presentations for Veeva CRM.
• Develop and deploy approved emails using Veeva Approved Email and Engage functionalities.
• Create and configure digital assets: Veeva CLM presentations, Approved Email, and Fragments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve rendering or functionality issues in Veeva presentations and emails.
• Familiarity within Veeva CRM and Salesforce.
• Configure and manage content components, shared resources, and document relationships.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure proper deployment in production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows and user experience within Veeva CRM.
• Ensure all deliverables follow pharmaceutical compliance, regulatory, and MLR requirements.
