Job Description
A client is looking for a Veeva Vault CRM Program Manager to sit onsite 3 days per week in Sleepy Hollow, NY. This person will act as the execution lead for a large-scale global Veeva Vault CRM transformation, responsible for running the day-to-day PMO and ensuring delivery across multiple workstreams. They will manage the integrated program plan, track risks/issues through RAID logs, and drive governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. On a daily basis, they will coordinate closely with the system integrator, internal product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to keep workstreams aligned across CRM configuration, integrations, data migration, and testing. They will facilitate working sessions, manage dependencies between CRM and MDM/data efforts, and support wave-based global rollouts starting with the US and expanding internationally.
