Key Responsibilities

Fleet Maintenance & Cartrack Management

• Monitor and manage daily vehicle maintenance requests through Cartrack.
• Accurately identify, record, and update maintenance issues.
• Coordinate maintenance processes with the Transport Administrator.
• Inspect and sign off vehicles following maintenance and repairs.
• Capture and maintain accurate maintenance cost records.
• Ensure all recurring maintenance schedules, licence renewals, and reminders are updated.
• Maintain real-time vehicle cost reporting and tracking.

Research & Development

• Analyse fleet maintenance data and identify trends.
• Recommend solutions to improve vehicle performance and reduce maintenance issues.
• Research and introduce innovative products and solutions to improve guest comfort, vehicle performance, and operational efficiency.
