Description:

+ Handle inbound calls from customer drivers and vendors regarding vehicle maintenance and repair requests.

+ Issue purchase orders for transactions exceeding customer card limits.

+ Verify that authorized repairs are necessary for continued safe operation and priced according to recognized industry guides.

+ Accurately enter and maintain purchase order records for documentation and historical tracking.

+ Process and verify maintenance and repair invoices.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

+ Maintain and strengthen vendor relationships; escalate and resolve service issues as needed.

+ Assist with special projects and provide technical guidance to customer-facing teams.
