Position Summary:
Technical support and training customers to understand our products and ITC Cat 1 / basic training / seminars.
Job description
- Answer technical calls and questions from customers and distributors.
- Email customers with technical support and advice on cameras, software, T&M products and training.
- Prepare and run ITC training courses over 4 and 5 days to Cat 1 standards.
- Attend exhibitions when required.

Qualification
- Minimum 5 + years of support and dealing with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel and Outlook
- Immediate level of English skill preferred
