Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a Venue Manager for Kupoli Cocktail Bar in Helsinki. You will lead the daily operations, coach and develop the front‑of‑house team, and ensure outstanding hospitality, flawless execution and consistently high service standards.

You will work closely with Creative Director Timo Siitonen to translate Kupoli’s concept into every guest experience, inspiring your team and driving sales, profitability and operational performance.
