Working as part of the Mayflower Venue Security Team, you will play a key role in creating a safe, secure and welcoming environment for all visitors, staff and performers. You will monitor the venue to identify potential risks, manage access points to ensure only authorised individuals enter restricted areas, and respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies. You will follow all health and safety procedures, support evacuations where required, and remain alert to safeguarding concerns. Alongside this, you will provide a visible and reassuring presence for customers, offering support and guidance where needed. Working closely with the wider Front of House and operations teams, you will contribute to the smooth running of performances, balancing your security responsibilities with a consistently high standard of customer care.

The role will be offered based on a permanent contract, at 37.5 hours per week, evenings and weekends.
