Verification & Validation Engineering Specialist – London, ON (Onsite) Reporting to the Verification/Validation Team Leader, the Verification & Validation Engineering Specialist supports the verification and validation of electrical and electromechanical products using a combination of hands‑on testing, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Use AI‑enabled tools (Microsoft Copilot, Jira, Confluence) to accelerate drafting, reviewing, and improving test reports, protocols, and technical documentation.

Apply data analysis and system processing techniques, including AI‑enhanced workflows, to test data, fault diagnosis, and product behavior investigations.

Participate in root cause analysis for product failures, electrical issues, signal anomalies, and testing issues.
