Lead, inspire, and develop the boutique team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize results.
Oversee daily boutique operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
Ensure the boutique consistently reflects the brand's image and values.
Proven experience as a Boutique Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
Mandatory experience in the watchmaking, luxury, or fine jewellery industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commercially driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
