Responsibilities

• Partner with reporters to translate investigative journalism into compelling vertical video
• Lead vertical video strategy by conceptualizing, producing, and publishing original content for social platforms
• Monitor the criminal justice news cycle to create fast‑turnaround explainer videos
• Manage the full production lifecycle for multiple video projects
• Appear on‑camera as a host for standalone video formats
• Review video performance analytics to iterate on formats and pacing
