- Partner with reporters to translate investigative journalism into compelling vertical video
- Lead vertical video strategy by conceptualizing, producing, and publishing original content for social platforms
- Monitor the criminal justice news cycle to create fast‑turnaround explainer videos
- Manage the full production lifecycle for multiple video projects
- Appear on‑camera as a host for standalone video formats
- Review video performance analytics to iterate on formats and pacing
- Advise reporting staff on filming best practices and field‑recording techniques
