• Provides comprehensive personnel management advice (recruitment, classification, performance) for both US and German Local National (LN) employment programs.
• Acts as a key liaison to participating agencies and guides managers on staffing alternatives, resource reallocation, and position conversions.
• Serves as the primary interface between five Civilian Personnel Advisory Centers (CPAC), management, and employees.
• Manages, evaluates, and tracks Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs / SF-52s) using DoD automation systems like DCPDS, FASCLASS, and ART.
