This **full-time** opportunity includes a range of responsibilities that directly attributes to the efficient and effective daily operation of the hospital. Your primary responsibility is to ensure our clients and their pets feel welcomed, expertly cared for, and appreciated!

+ Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
+ Scheduling and confirming appointments.
+ Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
