Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists is hiring a Veterinary Technician Manager to lead and support our specialty technical teams as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. You'll join a hospital that combines a locally rooted culture with the tools, training, and resources of Thrive's national network.
This is a full - time, leadership role report s directly to the Hospital Administrator. You'll work closely with the Training Coordinator and hospital leadership to oversee training, performance, scheduling, and consistency across specialty departments-and serve as the primary point of contact for specialty technical team questions and needs.
