            Requirements: 
Bachelors Degree preferred 
Strong administrative and coordination experience 
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency essential 
Previous experience within property, leasing, rentals, or tenant administration advantageous 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Ability to manage difficult tenants, contractors, and building managers 
Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills 
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy 
Ability to work independently and under pressure 
Professional, resilient, and assertive personality 
Strong organisational and time management skills 
Ability to manage legal and compliance-related processes
