This role based in Dubai will lead and execute marketing and sponsorship strategy across MEA APAC driving brand equity commercial performance and customer engagement for ALL Accor Live Limitless and Accor brands through data-driven campaigns localized brand positioning and cross-functional leadership.

• Responsible for leading our marketing function and all campaign efforts across Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific (MEA APAC) as well as achieving commercial KPIs across the region.
• Builds innovative marketing vision drives brand equity optimizes marketing performance and spearheads strategic initiatives across a diverse and high-growth region.
