The VP / AVP – F&B Concept & Commercial Lead is part of core team responsible for evaluating and operationalizing every F&B venture RMZ enters — across JV, franchise, and self-operated models. This role is the commercial filter and culinary authority within that te

am.The ideal candidate is a chef by training who has since moved into ownership of the numbers — someone who can read a menu and a balance sheet with equal fluency. You have run the P&L of a standalone restaurant end to end, carrying full accountability for revenue, cost, and profitability. An MBA is a plus, but the non-negotiable is demonstrated P&L ownership paired with genuine kitchen credibility.
