Activation
Plan, design and develop initiatives to drive card activation and usage to achieve business and financial objectives;
On-going analysis on cards performance to ensure healthy portfolio on all matrix – activation, attrition & utilization;
Work closely with all sales channels to understand, find out the gap and how may further improve for future campaigns to increase activation rate and usage;
