Job Purpose

• Lead a team of Credit Relationship Managers responsible for delivering high-quality credit proposals, while supporting the Head of CMC in maintaining credit governance, onboarding quality and portfolio standards across COBD.
• Support the Head of CMC in business planning, budgeting, target setting, performance management and strategy execution across COBD.
• Lead business management activities relating to Network Banking (Catch & Throw), International Subsidiaries and MNC initiatives, including performance monitoring, analytics, management reporting and governance oversight.
• Own COBD pipeline governance, management information, business performance reporting and advanced analytics frameworks to support portfolio oversight, business growth and informed decision‑making.
