Custodian for Emiratization strategies' organic and nonorganic growth across the board

Manage the implementation of Emiratization programs such as Nafe’s program through entities

Review bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, and recommend solutions to meet the Emiratization Targets

The role is only for UAE National

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the implementation of the Nafis program and monitor entities progress against the set annual intake strategy
• Raise periodic reporting on Entities’ performance against the set plans
• Recommend initiatives around organic and non-organic growth of Emiratization strategies across the board
• Feed the talent Acquisition vertical with the Emiratization strategies, red flags, improvement areas
• Work and collaborate with government stakeholders and bridge the gap to ensure an effective Emiratization program
