**Job Summary:**

The Vice President, Executive Talent & Organization Effectiveness defines and drives the enterprise strategy for executive talent, succession, organization effectiveness, executive development and change leadership. Reporting to the Chief Belonging and Talent Officer, this role serves as a strategic advisor to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors on executive talent, succession risk and leadership capability.
