Own the overall financial health of the Federal business unit, ensuring the portfolio meets or exceeds annual direct cost and growth targets.
Direct resource allocation and staff billability models to maximize organizational efficiency.
Lead rigorous financial reviews and forecasting processes to ensure long-term fiscal health and informed investment in new business opportunities.Thought & Strategy
Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy to meet or exceed annual financial targets for the Federal business unit.
Lead the capture process for large-scale federal opportunities, identifying key partners and defining win themes that differentiate JSI in the marketplace; and serve as a lead strategist or reviewer for high-stakes proposals, ensuring a seamless bridge between technical design and cost-competitiveness.
