AssisttheHeadofBMTOoverseeingstrategictransformationprogrammes,includingcreation,executionandimplementationofstrategicplanswithclearmaterialbenefitsandvaluesalignedwithCIMBGroupConsumerBanking’sheadlinestrategy.

Key Responsibilities

AsmiddlemanagementoftheBMTOteam,theindividualisexpectedtoplayanintegralroleandleadin:

• DrivethedevelopmentofmacrostrategiesandroadmapforGroupConsumerBanking,includingoversightofaportfolioofstrategicprogrammesandplayinganinfluentialroleoverprojectoutcomes,workingcloselywithkeyprojectstakeholdersincludingprojectdirectorsandmanagers.
• Driveinitialisationandmobilisationofkeystrategicprojects,includingdevelopmentofproperprojectobjectives,timelines,costsandresources
• Engagingregionalandcountryheadstosupportthedevelopmentandgrowthoftheirrespectivedepartments’strategicintentandgoalswithtimelyandeffectiveimplementationofselectedstrategicprojectsforthevariousdepartmentwithinCIMBGroupConsumer...
