Responsibilities

• The Vice President of Human Capital & Culture will define and lead the group-wide people strategy covering talent acquisition leadership development performance management and organizational design.


• This role will act as a strategic partner to the board and executive leadership on people-related matters.


• A key focus will be building leadership pipelines and succession plans across business units.


• The VP will oversee HR governance policy standardisation and labour compliance across geographies.


• The role will also drive culture initiatives aligned with the groups values and growth objectives.
