Position Summary
:Responsible for comprehensive support to the organization through creation and implementation of Human Resources, and assigned departments, strategic plans consistent with organizational and corporate goals and objectives. Primary responsibility for creating and maintaining sound human resources policies and practices covering employment, labor and employee relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, benefits, employee services, employee health services and security/safety.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
·In conjunction with MHCC VP HR, creates MHCC Human Resources Services strategic plans and develops short and long-term department goals and promotes standardization that is consistent with organizational and corporate goals and objectives as well as coordinates all department operations providing services across MHCC.
