Responsibilities :
Compliance and workforce operations
Own all statutory obligations across PF, ESIC, PT, and labour law end to end, every month
Drive site HR performance on worker onboarding, attendance, payroll accuracy, and ERP data quality
Ensure wage payment within statutory timelines across all direct employees
