In this role, you will serve as the senior executive responsible for Ascension Saint Thomas' portfolio of joint ventures and clinically aligned partnerships across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.

You will lead the strategic direction, governance, relationship management, and long-term growth of a diverse portfolio of partnerships spanning ambulatory surgery, physical therapy, behavioral health, imaging, urgent care, inpatient rehabilitation, and other clinically integrated ventures.

Additionally, you will ensure alignment between Ascension Saint Thomas and its partners by strengthening governance, standardizing partnership practices, supporting operational integration, and identifying opportunities for strategic growth.
