The business helps clients execute work from concept through close out across environmental planning and assessment, regulatory approvals, stakeholder engagement, construction support, environmental inspection, mitigation, reclamation, and abandonment. Backed by a broader platform of complementary service lines, the company delivers integrated land, environmental, regulatory, and execution support across major infrastructure projects. This role has been created to strengthen senior operational leadership, build greater delivery discipline, and support growth across a high volume of regulated work in Alberta and surrounding markets.

Compensation

• Base salary of $160,000 to $190,000.
• Bonus tied to 20% of EBITDA.
