VICE PRESIDENT - HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATION

We are a General Insurance organisation with revenue above RM1b annually with concentration on international businesses. This role is a Senior Management for Human Resource which is equivalent to Chief Human Resources Officer. The incumbent will have an additional role to oversee the Administration Section during the interim period.

As Vice President of the Human Resource, the role is not focused on operational Human Resources functions but on strategic, transformation, engagement, cultural change and organisation design that cover also the Compensation & Benefits. The person will be working very closely with the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer as well as liaising with regulators.
